This notice explains how Flowkindred, an independent practice run by Fadi Khreys in Montréal, Canada, handles information on this website.

When you get in touch

Our inquiry form collects your name, email address, optional company and tools, and the details you provide about your workflow. We use this information to review your request, reply to you and discuss potential work. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

Please do not send passwords, confidential business records or sensitive personal information through the inquiry form.

Where your inquiry goes

Inquiries are stored in a private database provided through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare. Access to the inquiry inbox is limited to the website owner. Hosting providers may process information outside Canada. We do not sell your information or use your inquiry to display advertising.

Website operation

The site stores your motion preference in your browser for the current session. We do not add advertising trackers or marketing analytics. Our hosting providers may keep technical logs for security and delivery. A daily hashed network identifier is stored with inquiries to limit spam; it is not used for advertising.

Retention and your choices

We keep inquiries while they are needed to respond and follow up. You may ask what information we hold about you, request a correction, or request deletion by sending a message through our contact form. Identify the request as a privacy request. Some records may need to be retained to meet contractual or legal obligations.

Links to other websites have their own privacy practices. The workflow example on this website uses sample information. Your inquiry is not sent to an AI model for an automated response.
